As Special Assistant to the President on University strategies and Chief of Staff, Dr. Freeman reports directly to and works closely with the President on a wide variety of high-level administrative and executive duties, special projects, and initiatives. Dr. Freeman serves as an advisor to the President and acts as a liaison to internal and external constituencies while promoting and supporting the mission and values of the University and coordinating special and high-priority projects.

Dr. Hearn is responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive enrollment and student affairs experience which strives to support student development and learning from the point of admission through graduation.

He is responsible for Admissions, Financial aid, the Career Center, Public Safety, and the Dean of Students. Additionally, Dr. Hearn provides indirect oversight of the following departments and functions: Counseling Center, Health Services, Residential Life, Student Conduct, Student Government, and the Wellness Center.

As Athletics Director, Mr. Lenfest oversees the University’s 19 intercollegiate sports, which compete in the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference at the NCAA Division III level.
